Yes, the amenity areas at Liv at Locust Creek are monitored by surveillance cameras, and per our management policy, only residents are allowed to use the community amenities.

What are the hours of the clubhouse?

The clubhouse at Liv at Locust Creek is open every day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

What are the hours for the fitness center?

Currently, the fitness center hours match the clubhouse hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, we are actively working on providing separate access to the fitness center to expand these hours for our residents.

Is the fitness center open 24 hours?

It is not open 24 hours right now; current hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, we are looking to expand the fitness center hours soon once we implement a different access system.

What time is the pool open, and is it seasonal?

Unfortunately, we do not feature a swimming pool at the Liv at Locust Creek community.

Is the community gated?

Liv at Locust Creek is not a gated community; however, our homes are situated on private roads that are not open to general public traffic.

Do you have a business center? When is the business center available for use?

Yes, Liv at Locust Creek features a business center. It is available for use during standard clubhouse hours, which are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day.

We provide basic cable through Spectrum as an included amenity in your rent rate. For high-speed Wi-Fi in your Liv at Locust Creek apartment, you may use any provider that services the area, though Spectrum is already wired to all our buildings.

Are there shared workspaces or meeting rooms available?

While we do not have private meeting rooms for gatherings, Liv at Locust Creek does offer a comfortable seating area in the clubhouse that residents can use as a shared workspace.

Do common spaces have high-speed internet?

Yes, the clubhouse at Liv at Locust Creek offers guest internet for our residents to enjoy.

How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?

Your packages will be delivered directly to your front door or placed in your mailbox. Please note that the Liv at Locust Creek leasing office does not receive or hold packages for residents.

Where do deliveries go?

All deliveries go straight to your Liv at Locust Creek apartment, and are placed either in your mailbox or directly at your door for larger packages.

Do you offer outdoor grilling areas for residents?

At this time, Liv at Locust Creek does not have outdoor grilling areas.

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

We do not offer valet trash service. Residents of Liv at Locust Creek must take their trash to the designated disposal area located between the buildings behind the white picket fence.

Are concierge services available?

While we do not offer traditional concierge services, you can always contact the Liv at Locust Creek management office for more information about utilizing the clubhouse or with any other community questions.

What types of concierge or front desk services are offered?

The Liv at Locust Creek management office is conveniently located in the clubhouse area to assist you, and many routine tasks or requests can also be easily submitted through our online resident portal.

What kind of resident social events and community gatherings are hosted at the community?

Liv at Locust Creek hosts community events for major holidays like Halloween, in addition to other planned gatherings throughout the year that we will notify you about in advance.

Do you have a convenience mini-mart or vending machines for residents?

We do not have vending machines on-site; however, Liv at Locust Creek is within walking distance of a gas station and a Dollar General for your convenience.

Do you have outdoor green space like courtyard, walking paths, etc.?

Yes, Liv at Locust Creek features plenty of grassy areas throughout the property, depending on the specific location of your apartment home.

What is the smoking policy?

At Liv at Locust Creek, smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. We require all smoking to take place at least 15 feet away from any building.

No, smoking is not allowed in the apartments or indoor common areas. It is strictly limited to designated outdoor spaces at least 15 feet away from the buildings.

Are pets allowed, and what is the pet policy?

Yes, Liv at Locust Creek is pet-friendly! We allow up to two pets per apartment, subject to aggressive breed restrictions. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, as well as a $30 monthly pet rent per pet.

Yes, Liv at Locust Creek observes quiet hours and community rules. We provide an entire lease addendum that details all of the rules to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

We have safe sidewalks throughout the community. While there are no dedicated bike paths, our streets are wide enough for comfortable biking without interfering with traffic.

Yes, there is a gas station, Dollar General, and Rural King within walking distance. A short drive to First Avenue provides access to a wide mix of restaurants, retail stores, and medical facilities.

For groceries and dining, some of the largest nearby establishments include Walmart, Schnucks, and Target, all conveniently located just a short drive away on First Avenue.

No, the apartment homes at Liv at Locust Creek are not furnished, leaving you a blank canvas to decorate.

Have any recent renovations been done?

Yes, the Liv at Locust Creek clubhouse has been recently renovated! We also thoroughly turn our apartment homes before a new resident moves in, updating features like painting, flooring, and appliances as needed.

Are elevators available for resident use?

All of the homes at Liv at Locust Creek are conveniently located on the ground level, so elevators are not required.

Is additional storage available inside or outside the apartment?

Additional exterior storage is available upon request for $30 monthly. Furthermore, our two and three-bedroom homes include a small storage shed at no extra cost.

Do apartments have ceiling fans?

Some floor plans at Liv at Locust Creek include ceiling fans, but they are not available in all apartments.

What type of flooring do the apartments have?

We offer homes with beautiful hardwood-style vinyl flooring, as well as carpet options.

Do apartments include in-home laundry or access to shared laundry?

We provide a washer and dryer inside every home at Liv at Locust Creek as a complimentary amenity, saving you the extra cost and hassle of using a laundromat.

Are the in-unit washers and dryers full-size, frontload, or stackable?

The included washers and dryers are full-size, top-loading machines positioned side-by-side.

What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?

Every apartment features a spacious eat-in kitchen fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, an ice maker, a stove and oven, a garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. Some of our luxury layouts also feature a built-in microwave.
